No, we do not place competing businesses from the same category on the same postcard. Once a business reserves an ad spot, another direct competitor from that same category will not be accepted for that campaign.

Yes. You may choose your preferred ad placement on the postcard, subject to availability. Once an ad spot has been reserved by another business, it is no longer available, so we recommend reserving your spot as early as possible.

You do have the option to design your own ad, and we're happy to provide the required dimensions and specifications. However, we strongly recommend letting us design it for you to ensure it looks professional and prints well.

We'll send a follow up email so you can send us your business information, logo, and the offer or message you'd like to promote. We'll create your ad and send you a proof for review. You can request changes, and give final approval.

After all ad spots have been reserved and invoices have been paid, we will move forward with printing and mailing the campaign. From that point, the typical turnaround time is approximately 2–3 weeks for printing, processing, and delivery to mailboxes. Actual delivery times may vary slightly depending on printing schedules, holidays, USPS processing, or other delays beyond our control.
